Refund Policy

At Karyative Ventures, we strive to provide high-quality training, services, and merchandise to our clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency for all parties involved.

1. Training and Workshop Fees

  • Cancellation by Participant:
    • If a participant cancels 14 days or more before the training date, a full refund will be issued.
    • If a participant cancels 7 to 13 days before the training date, a 50% refund will be issued.
    • If a participant cancels less than 7 days before the training date, no refund will be provided.
    • Participants may request to reschedule or transfer their registration to another person at no additional cost.
  • Cancellation by Karyative Ventures:
    • In the event that Karyative Ventures cancels a training session, participants will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule.

2. Corporate and Customized Training

  • If a corporate client cancels a scheduled training session 14 days or more before the training date, they will receive a full refund or a rescheduling option.
  • Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the training date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the training date will be non-refundable.
  • Clients may request to reschedule the training session within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Merchandise Refund and Exchange Policy

  • Refunds or exchanges are only available for defective or damaged merchandise.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item, along with proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after receiving the returned item.

4. Digital Products and Online Courses

  • Refunds for digital products or online courses are only available if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and if the content has not been accessed beyond 10% of the course material.
  • No refunds will be granted once a participant has accessed a significant portion of the course.

5. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [hello@karyative.com] with proof of payment and reason for cancellation.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method.
  • Refunds are not applicable for any transaction fees incurred during payment.

6. Exceptions and Special Cases

  • In case of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, participants may submit supporting documents for consideration of a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis.
  • Karyative Ventures reserves the right to amend this policy at any time with prior notice.
