We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency for all parties involved.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Training and Workshop Fees<\/strong><\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Cancellation by Participant:<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If a participant cancels\u00a0<strong>14 days or more<\/strong>\u00a0before the training date, a\u00a0<strong>full refund<\/strong>\u00a0will be issued.<\/li>\n\n<li>If a participant cancels\u00a0<strong>7 to 13 days<\/strong>\u00a0before the training date, a\u00a0<strong>50% refund<\/strong>\u00a0will be issued.<\/li>\n\n<li>If a participant cancels\u00a0<strong>less than 7 days<\/strong>\u00a0before the training date,\u00a0<strong>no refund<\/strong>\u00a0will be provided.<\/li>\n\n<li>Participants may request to reschedule or transfer their registration to another person at no additional cost.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Cancellation by Karyative Ventures:<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In the event that Karyative Ventures cancels a training session, participants will be offered a\u00a0<strong>full refund<\/strong>\u00a0or an option to reschedule.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Corporate and Customized Training<\/strong><\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If a corporate client cancels a scheduled training session\u00a0<strong>14 days or more<\/strong>\u00a0before the training date, they will receive a\u00a0<strong>full refund<\/strong>\u00a0or a rescheduling option.<\/li>\n\n<li>Cancellations made\u00a0<strong>7 to 13 days<\/strong>\u00a0before the training date will incur a\u00a0<strong>50% cancellation fee<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>Cancellations made\u00a0<strong>less than 7 days<\/strong>\u00a0before the training date will be\u00a0<strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>Clients may request to reschedule the training session within a reasonable timeframe.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Merchandise Refund and Exchange Policy<\/strong><\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Refunds or exchanges are only available for defective or damaged merchandise.<\/li>\n\n<li>Requests must be made within\u00a0<strong>7 days<\/strong>\u00a0of receiving the item, along with proof of purchase and photos of the defect.<\/li>\n\n<li>Items must be unused and in their original packaging.<\/li>\n\n<li>Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.<\/li>\n\n<li>Refunds will be processed within\u00a0<strong>14 working days<\/strong>\u00a0after receiving the returned item.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Digital Products and Online Courses<\/strong><\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Refunds for digital products or online courses are only available if the request is made\u00a0<strong>within 7 days<\/strong>\u00a0of purchase and if the content has not been accessed beyond 10% of the course material.<\/li>\n\n<li>No refunds will be granted once a participant has accessed a significant portion of the course.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Refund Process<\/strong><\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to\u00a0<strong>[<\/strong><a><strong>hello@karyative.com<\/strong><\/a><strong>]<\/strong>\u00a0with proof of payment and reason for cancellation.<\/li>\n\n<li>Approved refunds will be processed within\u00a0<strong>14 working days<\/strong>\u00a0via the original payment method.<\/li>\n\n<li>Refunds are not applicable for any transaction fees incurred during payment.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.
