What an amazing session we had with the dynamic and energetic team at Maxis Kuala Lumpur! Our Customer Service Excellence Training was more than just slides and notes \u2014 it was filled with engagement, laughter, and hands-on learning.<\/p>

From real-world case discussions to interactive group activities, the session focused on what matters most \u2014 building genuine human connection, handling customers with empathy, and turning challenges into opportunities.<\/p>

We kicked off with a few ice-breaking activities (yes, those colourful hand cutouts were part of it!) to spark conversation and teamwork. And from there, it only got better. The team\u2019s energy was infectious, their participation outstanding.<\/p>
